These terms govern your use of the Lamo Fit app, provided by Lamo Ventures (“we”). By using the app you agree to them.

Using the app

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it — including attempting to access other users’ data, reverse-engineering the service, or using it for anything unlawful.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (Profile → Danger zone), which permanently removes your data.

Subscriptions

Optional subscriptions are billed through your Apple or Google account and renew automatically until canceled in your device’s subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Your content

Content you create in the app remains yours. You grant us only the rights needed to store and sync it so the app can function.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or discontinue the app; material changes will be noted on this page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
