This policy describes how Lamo Ventures (“we”) handles your information when you use the Lamo Fit app (“the app”). The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the app, we don’t sell your data, and you can delete your account — and everything tied to it — from inside the app at any time.
Information we collect
- Account information. If you create an account: your email address and a password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider). Guest use requires no account.
- Profile information. Anything you add to your profile, such as a display name.
- App content. Data you create in the app, stored so it can sync across your devices.
- Usage analytics. Anonymous-by-default events about how the app is used (screens viewed, features used) so we can improve it.
- Crash and performance data. Technical reports (device model, OS version, stack traces) when the app crashes or misbehaves.
- Purchase information. If you subscribe: purchase receipts and subscription status. Payment is processed entirely by Apple or Google — we never see your payment details.
Service providers we rely on
Your data is processed by a small set of infrastructure providers, each only for the purpose listed:
- Supabase — accounts, authentication, and app data storage
- Sentry — crash and performance reporting
- PostHog — usage analytics
- RevenueCat — subscription status management
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond these providers except where the law requires it.
Data retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account exists. Deleting your account (Profile → Danger zone → Delete account) immediately and permanently removes your account and associated data from our systems. Crash and analytics data expires automatically on our providers’ standard retention schedules.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we’ll update this page and note it in the app’s release notes.
